Superior Termite & Pest Management, was founded in June 1999 by Mike Wilcox. Today we continue to be a family owned and operated business serving Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties as well as the Greater Crestview Area.
Our mission is to provide affordable termite and pest control services with Superior customer service. We provide this Superior service by focusing on each individual customer experience and need, ensuring each treatment is tailored to meet the needs of that family and home. We value everything it takes to create a Superior customer experience: honesty, integrity, respect, courtesy, and punctuality.
Superior Termite & Pest Management is known for our many years of experience and expertise in Wood Destroying Organism Inspections for Real Estate closings, and for our extensive knowledge in termite and pest management.
has over 23 years of experience in the termite and pest control industry. He was born and raised on the Gulf Coast. He began his termite and pest management career in the 1990’s with Sears Termite & Pest Control, aka All America Termite & Pest Control. He started at the bottom as a technician with no experience and moved quickly through the ranks into management, leading the Pensacola office to number one in the company. He was promoted to regional manager and moved to Arizona to help develop the operations in that region of the country.
After a few years Mike decided to bring his family back to his roots and the Gulf Coast he loves. After working for a short time with a local company he and Angie decided to take a leap of faith and start Superior Termite & Pest Management. While working for Sears Termite & Pest Control his mentor told him “If you want to be different, you just have to be different.” Mike took this to heart when opening Superior Termite & Pest Management and set out to prove you could be successful by rooting the organizations values in the Christian faith and focusing on each customer, treating them with honesty, integrity, and respect.
On any given day you can find Mike under a house, in an attic, or sitting at someone’s kitchen table working with our service team and customers to protect their home from termites or other pests. Mike also spends one day every other month teaching the Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) portion of the new Realtor class at the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
